Export Eudora Distribution Lists?

I have a friend who's Eudora 7.x has been acting up recently and opted to convert to Outlook 2003. There have been two problems created as a result. One of the two issues is she can't seem to export "Address Book Lists (?)" (Distribution Lists in Outlook) - which are quiet essential to her business. Any suggestions on how to sucessfully do this?

The solution, as posted was only about exporting the general contents of the address book - and it didn't specifically remedy the issue of distributions lists - which in Eudora terminology are called Address Book Lists. So as far as I'm concerned the no one has offered a solution.

Ok remarkable, that's what we need is the author's assessment. We generally try to cleanup questions that are abandoned, but often times don't know if they helped or not.
