Could not access data in partitions where window ask me if I want to format the partitions!!!!

After my use my new Sandisk 2GB flash drive couple times on my PC, two out of three partitions in my single hard drive (non OS) were on longer accessable which I know the data still there because I used Partition Magic 8 and see the usage in those two problem partitions.

I tried some data recover software but still didn't work. Even I did try to used those software, I don't really know how and where to point shoot the problem.

After I did some research, I think it maybe something about MFT mapping which I also don't know if it is the right track.

Please help.............

when this software runs, it will scan your "bad" disk" and shows you the files it can recover; up to you to select what you want.
I would suggest creating 1 folder and name it backup or such on your "good" partition, then point the recovery software to save the files you want there.
When you say that the partitions were inaccessible, did you try to verify what drive letters they were assigned?  It might be possible that the drive letters shifted when the sandisk was added.  Did you try accessing those partitions following a reboot?
to add to what Arnold said:
With the 2gig flash drive plugged in...go to Disk Management and check -- and change if necessary -- drive letters.
