Budchawla... SBS GPO's are not applied to a specific OU, they are linked to the domain.  Also, Users MUST stay in the default SBSUsers OU on a Small Business Server.

Hi Jeff,
I suppose it depends on whether redirection was configured via the server managament console or via group policy - but either way, if you move a user into a new OU within the SBSUsers OU and then change the Group Policy for that OU, that should work? And since they're still in the SBSUsers OU it shouldn't break anything?
Well, actually it can cause problems.  I always use Security Groups instead of separate OU's to do this, and it works fine.  Moving a user to a different OU can prevent you from using some wizards to fix problems, such as the Change User Permissions wizard.

This user has all of our graphics stored on her computer (My Documents).  I decided to have her change the folder that she saves these large files to and am going to use Backup Exec to save them.  I want to thank you both for your help so I'm going to split the points...but I didn't try any of the tips.  Thanks.
Probably not a bad idea to not have massive files synchronising with My Documents, I tend to store large graphics separately on the server on a shared drive.
I've not had a problem with files upto about 50 megs, but depending on what size your files are you may be better of storing locally...

Thanks for the clarification Jeff, no doubt one of these days I'll need it!
I think that is a much better plan... and had you explained it that way from the start it would have been much easier to get a handle on why you were trying to do this.  :-)

I would note, though... that you can certainly BLOCK the offline synchronization part of folder redirection for individual users... that part is quite easy.  Basically you just create a group policy that blocks off-line caching.  See http://www.microsoft.com/resources/documentation/windows/xp/all/proddocs/en-us/sag_sp_bestprac.mspx?mfr=true for the how-to.
