Hi all,

I are currently using Outlook2003 with Exchange 2003 and was wondering is there an alternative to using Outlook's default address book (the default Windows one), to access the GAL.

I am finding that it is very lacking in features (can't edit, can't sort, etc). I was wondering was everyone else did in regards to this issue. TAPI support would be nice as well.

I am considering using public folders for contacts but I would like to avoid it if possible as it would mean I would have another list to maintain.
