Active directory not working

My windows 2000 domain controller is stop functioning today.I cannot create any new objects.The error message which i am receiving is " Windows cannot create object because the directory service has exhausted the pool of relative identifiers". Also existing user login mapdrives are not working.

I cannot edit the existing users right.It dsen't allow me to go to the properties of the user

Please advise as soon as possible.
