One the right hand side you should see a value named Frame. Select Frame and then press the <br />
delete key on your keyboard. Make sure that this is the only value <br />
you delete. &nbsp;Now start Outlook. <br />

I have a PC running XP Pro, SP2, all updates are installed. I use Outlook 2000 for my email. All of a sudden, when I minimize Outlook to the task bar, and then click on it to maximize it, nothing happens. The program used to maximize when I clicked on it, and all my other programs still do, but not Outlook 2000. If I right click it and try to select anything from the context menu, Windows makes that annoying BONG sound like it does when something is wrong. I cannot ALT-TAB to bring it up either. My only solution at this point is the kill it from the task manager, and bring it back up. Any ideas???<br />
