Has my Kingston DataTraveler flash drive got a virus?
I have a Kingston DataTraveler 1Gb which I use as storage for various PC tools/Utilities/fixes e.t.c for customers PC's. It has been working fine up until today when I inserted it in a customers PC (Windows XP)and the drive wasn't recognised. From there onwards, when inserted into any other PC including my own Laptop, there is no recognition from the system at all....not even an error message.
Is it possible that the drive has been subjected to some virus which has "killed" the drive. Is it possible to fix this?
