I have two Server 2003 Enterprise running DNS for my domain. Our website is hosted by a hosting company. For our website, I created A record for WWW pointer to the IP address where the website is hosted. Now, I have a new sub-domain page on the website of the hosting company. None of us in the office can get to it but everyone outside of the office can hit that page.

I have tried adding a CNAME record for x.y.com then adding WWW A record to point to the ip address. Still can't get to it. Any suggestions will be welcomed.

The sub-domain machine is not in our office physically and I can't get access to it.
