Quicktime warning about using a MPEG-4 profile that Quicktime currently does not support

I have posted a video up on, but when I play it, I get the following warning:

<filename> is encoded using a MPEG-4 profile that Quicktime currently does not support".

On my Windows XP SP2 laptop, I have Quicktime 6.5.2, 1992-1994. So it's not "that old".

I encoded with Adobe Premiere, both the MPEG-4 Basic and the MPEG-4 newer version were tried and got the error.

Anyone know what's going on? Also, I am pretty sure I used the exact settings on videos that have not given me this problem.

I could uninstall Quicktime and or upgrade, but do not want to because I want to make sure my videos can be read generally by people with systems a lot older than my laptop.

Thanks for ideas and answers!
