Anyone seen this or anything like it?

Several users in my Exchange2003 environment received an email from the aforementioned (presumably fictitious) person with the aforementioned subject line.

Would chalk it up to a typical case of spam but what makes this particularly interesting is that the email is addressed to only one particular user in my organization but delivered to many others.

So naturally my users are REALLY scratching their heads (and so am I) wondering how they got an email that was addressed to someone else.

Been Googling this particular instance like mad but can't find anything.

Any explanations ??

Thanks!!
