Just click on the tool bar, click options and then ' rules and alerts' , just to make sure she didnt create a rule at some point.

she has to send out massive e-mails to the company using distribution lists, she would like to get a copy <br />
of this sent e-mail to be delivered into her mail box. Messages arrive to her, however, automatically sent to one of her <br />

Self-sent inbox messages are directed into one of the Archive folders.
