Creating a new profile for this user, did not fix the problem. Any other ideas?

When one user opens a message in outlook to print the right side of the message gets cut off. If printing from word or excel to the same printer it is fine. We are using Outlook 2003 and windows 2000. I can print email just fine, not sure what setting is causing this?<br />
