I have a 6513 running Native IOS

I am trying to backup the VLAN Database. I have no idea where the VLAN.DAT file is. I have already tried
copy vlan.dat tftp
This command cannot find the file. I do a "dir" command from exec mode
and it just shows
6513_Core#dir
Directory of sup-bootflash:/
1  -rw-    31460688  Jan 20 2006 15:22:11 -08:00  s72033-pk9s-mz.122-17d.SXB
11.bin
65536000 bytes total (34075184 bytes free)

I also would like to know how to restore this file if needed.
