Also try this:<br />

control panel-&gt;network connections<br />
right-click on the wireless connection, and if it is enabled, then disable it and then enable it<br />
if it is already disabled, then enable it.<br />

if that does not work, try windows updates and see if it works after that<br />
if that does not work, try uninstalling the device in device manager and reinstalling it<br />
also make sure you have the latest drivers from Dell for your wireless. &nbsp;these can be found at dell's website

I have a dell d610 laptop. I need to us eth wireless calpabilty that it has so that it will automatically detect wireless network. But I do not know how to do it. Do i need to install some drivers.. If so where can I find it and how do i do it. Please give me some step by step instructions...<br />
