When drafting an email, sometimes I want to send the exact same email to someone else - not a mass emailing, but just copy the email that I am drafting and then I can select a new recipient. I don't want to put them in the cc or bcc fields because I would like to send a single personal email to each one (for instance, I may want to copy an email and change one or two words and send it).
Thus, the question is:
In outlook, how do I duplicate (without cutting and pasting) the email that I am composing? I want a full duplicate - email, subject, sender (I have multiple addresses that I use), etc.
I swear that I have done this by accident before using a control sequence - and ended up with the duplicate in front of me - but I can't find any reference in outlook's help.
Thanks for your help. -Susan
