Can't login to FRX 6.5
I have a MS Dynamics / Great Plains / FRX question. I wasn't completely sure where to ask this but I saw other Great Plains questions here.
A user's login password is changed on the sql server (sql authentication). When a user logs onto FRX 6.5 for the first time their authentication succeeds. Then they logon to GP 9 for the first time and they are prompted to change their password. Once the user does this back on FRX 6.5 they are unable to login. They get 'Try Again'. I've repeated this with my user ID repeatedly and reproduced it w/ 100% consistency. The odbc authentication also fails (via Connection testing in the system dsn) once password is changed in GP 9. However they can still login to GP 9!
I should point out that some users don't have the problem (can login to both GP9 and FRX 6.5) but I cannot pinpoint what's different. I verified odbc settings as well as logins and users on each db. DB permissions too.
Any ideas?

Thanks Jason. Indeed password encryption is the problem. Your note lead me to an article on MS CustomerSource which indicates we'll have to upgrade to FRx 6.7 and apply service packs. Thanks!
