Sending Distribution Lists to Non-Exchange Systems
Hi,
I am using Outlook 2003 with an Exchange 2003 backend and need to forward a distribution list from my contacts folder to another user who is also using Outlook 2003, but their mailbox resides on an imap/smtp server. When I attach the distribution list and send to this user, they get an attachment in the message, but it is blank. However, this user is able to attach a distro list to a message, which I receive just fine and can drag-drop into Contacts. Does anyone know of a work around so I can send distro lists to non-exchange mailboxes? I attempted to change from RTF to Plain and HTML formats, with no results.
