Contacts in Exchange

We have an Exchange Server 2003 on Windows Server 2003. There is only three of us in the office. We all want the same exact contacts. The two of us have brand new Mobile Phones with Cingular that have Windows Mobile 5.0. They both synch to our exchange with no problems. We want to completely share contacts. So when I click on Contacts it shows contacts and when the other user clicks on his contacts it shows them. Any help?

What about adding them to the Global Address List and installing this on our phones?

If so, how do I add users to the GAL?
Adding to the GAL is more of a pain - it needs to be done with the administration console (and you give people all kinds of rights they don't need)

There are other ways to manage the GAL, but once again, this is 3rd party (and ugly)

Personally, I would not use the GAL unless there is no other option.
