Sorry, but I'm not understanding the question.  Are you saying that you want to use a hyperlink in the Subject field of an appointment item?

what I need to do is put a hyper link in  a calender in outlook so that when I publish the calender to the web the web page for a certain day has a hyper like in it so that I can click on the link and take me off to the approprate booking page....Im sure this challenge has been needed before just cannot see how to do it....it lets me put the url in the calender but I can not seem to be able to make the url clickable and live ....thanks for the return  garry
How have you tried inserting the hyperlink and where?
looked around the calender its self and spent some time in the appointment section, went through some books and trolled the net, but could not find any direct way of doing it.... have you done it before or seen it done, I was thinking that if I could get it into the calender or apointment area it may work on the publish to the net ..even when I type in www.xyz.com it still only comes out as text and not a hyper link....thanks for getting back to me garry
I've been trying different things and checking references to see if I could find a way of doing this.  It appears that the only solution is to edit the pages after they've been exported.  That'd be cumbersome at best.  Sorry, it doesn't look like there's a good solution to this.
the only other thought I had was to place the exported file inside a frame and have a second frame out side which hols reference to the links, like you said cumbersome at best, but thanks for the attempt, if i figure it out ill let you know...garry
Another alternative is to write your own script for exporting a calendar to HTML.
hey I just noticed that your 2nd on the list, Im talking to a celebrity, congradulations, back to the problem, thought about wrriting my own script but unless I had a module practically completed , and all I had to do was to make some minor adjustments I might consider it, but not wrting it from the top, bit of over kill in the time that I have, any thoughts. like i mentioned was to build a frame page with the liks outside the main page.. garry
