Do you understand, that these drives are only hidden!? They can be easily accessed. Just type letter of the mapped drive in your Windows Explorer. :D

yes i understand that, unfortunately i work with most pc illiterates on the planet. any changes and it can take them weeks to get used to them.<br />

I would just like to confirm something, when using a GPO setting for which drives are hidden from users (complete Citrix environment) the options to hide A or A,B,C,D are self explanatory.<br />
<br />
However.<br />

Q. the optioni to hide all drives, is this all LOCAL drives which would make sense to me OR ALL drives??<br />
<br />
reason i ask is that all user have bat file created drives to shares around the network.<br />
