Use a single user database table or two? for admin/users

When setting user logins I have two basic categories, Admin people and users who can enter basic information. Before I get started I want to know if it is better to have a single database and seperate the people by security level or if it is better to have two completely seperate tables for the two types of people. Thanks for any input.
