How to change the language of the pull down menu from English to other languages ?
Hi,
Currently, we all purchased SELECT licence on English MS outlook 2003, therefore, all the menu display are in English. Here, the menu I mentioned is just like File->Print. They all now in Englisg cause we bought the English version.
Yet, one of our Colleague from Taiwan really not that good in English and he use Chinese version of MS outlook 2003 in Taiwan. My question is, are there any tools (both from Microsoft or external parties) that can convert the menu display language from English to Chinese without buying a brand new box of Chinese version MS outlook 2003 ?

The solution seems fine with our Taiwanese Colleague .... Yet, the reverse problem exist ... some of our traders when visit our office in Taiwan or Mainland China, they all can't read Chinese at all and would like to convert the menu from Chinese to English.
However, from the link you send me, it seems that the Language interface only convert menu from English to Chinese, Japanese, German, French & Korean, but no choice is from Chinese back to English. Are there any Language interface that can convert Chinese menu (Chinese Windows 2000) to English ?
