Hi tonelm54,
I will first have you download and install a program called @BIOS (Read about it here: http://www.gigabyte.com.tw/FileList/NewTech/old_motherboard_newtech/tech_bios.pdf). This will allow you to flash your MOB with the newest bios version via windows. This new version should have Xpress Recovery2 which will allow you to use Xpress Recovery w/o a cd.
Steps:
1. Download File
1. http://america.giga-byte.com/FileList/BIOS/motherboard_bios_7vm333m-rz_f4.exe
2. Open file.
3. In the "Install to" field, type "C:\BIOS" (Minus the ""). Click "Install".
2. Download @BIOS and install. http://asia.giga-byte.com/FileList/Utility/motherboard_utility_gbttools_gbt_atbios.exe
3. Follow @BIOS instructions (Here: http://www.gigabyte.com.tw/FileList/NewTech/old_motherboard_newtech/tech_a_bios.htm). When you reach step 4 make sure you "Save BIOS" and then instead of doing "II" do "III" (Meaning you will "Update BIOS NOT through Internet"). When it asks for the file, navigate to C:\BIOS and use the file "7VM333RZ.F4"
This should work. Need any clarification please ask!
Thank you,
Isaiah

I have to add this for liability reasons. I recommend reading all documentation in full before flashing your Mother Board. Gigabyte and I are not liable for the incorrect flashing of your Mother Board as there is always a very minor risk that it will not work even if flashing goes exactly as planned.
Now that I’ve got that out of the way, I truly recommend reading this http://www.gigabyte.com.tw/FileList/NewTech/old_motherboard_newtech/tech_a_bios.htm in full prior to following it, especially READ step #5. I have full confidence in my steps and believe that there is less than a miniscule chance of something going wrong if you follow the instructions to a tee.
Good Luck,
Isaiah

Can You Please give me the MOB model (e.g. GA-K8VT890-9, GA-K8VT890) so I Can try and find a bios version for that board which comes with Gigabyte's Xpress2 recovery programme which does not require a CD.
Thank you,
Isaiah
