I need to know:
in windows network where there is no domain, is it helpful to use SUS or it doesn't help at all.?
in netware environment how do they configure a policy so that clients will be pointed to SUS?
Thanks

the registry edits point the clients at the sus server, set the install policy (i.e. when to install the updates etc). These registry changes are normally done via group policy which requires a windows domain
