Hi ullmanneric,

Are you getting any bounce back messages?

I would start by putting their domain and your domain into http://www.dnsreport.com and making sure there are no bleedingly obvious questions.

Then, do a telnet test from the exchange server directly to their server -> http://www.amset.info/exchange/telnet-test.asp

And then, if all else fails, create an SMTP connector for this domain and route it all via your ISPs smarthost -> http://www.amset.info/exchange/smtp-connector.asp

There is a way to give authentication details to an SMTP connector - as listed above...
