Here’s my case. I’d really appreciate some help:

Network: win2003 R2 Servers, WinXP Clients

Symptoms: Today none of the networked printers work. Printers can be pinged but clients cannot connect t o them.  The print server is DC2.   I also noticed loads of authentication errors in DC1.

Potential Problem: I noticed this on DC1:

Event ID:22    Source:W32Time
The time provider NtpServer encountered an error while digitally signing the  NTP response for peer  NtpServer cannot provide secure (signed) time to the client and will ignore the request. The error was: The specified user does not exist. (0x80070525)

And this on DC2:

Event ID:36   Source:W32Time
The time service has not been able to synchronize the system time for 49152 seconds because none of the time providers has been able to provide a usable time stamp. The system clock is unsynchronized.

Could this time issue be the cause of my printing issues? If yes can anybody help please?
Should the Ntp be enabled on the Group policy of the Domain controllers?

Many thanks in advance
