Referring to above link we can configure PIX to use PAT(NAToverload) in two different ways :

Way one:
-----------
PIX1(config)# nat (inside) 4 10.0.0.0 255.0.0.0
PIX1(config)# global (outside) 4 1.1.1.2
Global 1.1.1.2 will be Port Address Translated
PIX1(config)#
Of cousre still there are ACL which i omitted them.

Way two:
----------
PIX1(config)#nat (inside) 2 10.0.0.0 255.0.0.0
PIX1(config)#global (outside) 2 1.1.12
PIX1(config)#global (outside) 2 interface
PIX1(config)#

What is the different between these two different procedures ?
