We are running four Exchanger 2003 Servers.  Two front end and two back end servers.  The front end servers right now are only being used as load balanced owa servers.  All smtp mail is being sent directly to the back end servers.  Could someone point me to either whitepapers on how to configure load balanced smtp connector for 2003 or some other step by step procedures.  I'm having difficulty finding them.  I have read the Microsoft Exchange Server Transport and Routing Guide and it did provide some information, but I am looking for something with more explanation and details on the step by step part.  If anyone could help.
