How to avoid email being spammed?

I would like to ask how to avoid the emails sent to customer would not be spammed.

Currently I am using a email marketing tool to send mass email from built-in local SMTP server. But mostly the emails are put into spam folder of some popular email service providers (like Gmail, Yahoo Mail or Hotmail)

I check with the subject and content that are not using "sensitive wording" to block by anti-spamming software.

Here I attached a email header for example:
