Emails in Deleted Items removed after 7 days (500 pts)

We are running office 2003 sp2 with all applicable service packs and patches. This should be fairly simple. Is there a way in outlook to set an option on the deleted items folder so that any mail older than seven days is automatically deleted?

I am not talking about the 7 day recovery period for deleted items I want to know is there a way to set it so that people cant use their Deleted Items folder as a storage container. I saw the option to have outlook automatically empty deleted items up exiting but that does all emails. Is there a way to set a limit on this.

Also is this something that can be managed through group policy.

Right-click on Deleted Items, go to Properties, click the AutoArchive tab.  Set it to "Archive this folder using these settings": 1 week.  Select "permanently delete old items".

However, I have no idea how to push it via group policy.
