i just added one more column called submittime and the data type is timestamp into a table.
my question is: in the table which already has some recordes, only the column submittime is empty, is there a simple way i can insert the current time into the table for existed records? for example:  update the column submittime through db2controlcenter? or command line?

my application is a java application, maybe i need to upadate it through the application one by one?

basically what i want to do is: insert only the current time value for column submittime, and other columns will keep the origional value

thanks for your reply asap,
