Visio 2003 - convert Visio drawing to web page problems...

Hi,

I am converting an org chart to a web page, however when I do this, the visio graphic displays for the web format displays symbols which are not in place.  It makes the entire picture small and then displays these symbols.  (I wish I could post the image).

Anyway, any suggestions I am using Visio 2003 SP2 .

Thanks.

You can see the picture at this link:

It has symbols to the right and left that do not show up in the visio file....

(thanks about the brief case thing... Never thought of that)
Ok..  I think I have it figured out.  I looked at the version that is generated in IE.  (It spits out a different version for firefox).

I was able to get the name that had been inbedded in the symbols.  At this point, I did a "find" in visio for the names.  They magically appeared and I deleted.  It is strange that this was the only way to locate these "forgotten symbols".

Give you credit for responding...

strange that those labels where hidden, could it be that you're working with an "aged" visio drawning? when i worked with visio in the past losing certain items was common especially after a while with much additions and deletions.
scrolling or deleting an other object brought them often back again
