Open "My Computer"
Click on "Tools"
Choose "Folder Options"
Select the "File Types" tab,
Scroll down until you find "(None) URL:File Transfer Protocol"
Click on the "Advanced" button
under actions highlight "open"
Click on the "Edit" button
Under "Application used to perform action:" change it to read: ("c:\windows\explorer.exe"
under "Application" change it to read "Explorer"
Click "Ok"
Click "Ok" again
Click "Close"
Hope this helps!
