What do I need to bring on a trip to set up a wireless network?

I'm heading to a cabin for over a week and will need to do some work while there. I will only have dial up access at the cabin (can't wait for that...lol) and I'd like to set up a wireless network so I can work anywhere in the cabin. I'll obviously bring my laptop, but what else will I need to be able to connect my laptop to this dial up connection wirelessly?

I have a D-Link wireless router (802.11G), but how can I set it up without a modem?

Obviosuly I am a novice with this stuff, but was able to set up my home woreless network using DSL. That was clear as I just connected the DSL cable to the modem, then the modem to the Wireless router, then set up the laptop to connect to the wireless router.

How would it work with dial up?

Thanks.

It is possible. But...it won't be fast. :-(

Ok, So I guess I need a broadband router, an external modem, and a wireless access point.

Is the D-Link wireless router I have a "broadband router"?

Any suggestions for a cheap external router that will work? What about a cheap wireless access point?

Once I have these three items, is it very easy to set up, or does it take a little experience with networking (which I have very little of...lol)?

Thanks in advance.
