Asterisk Incomming Caller ID Prefix

Hi Guys,

I have asterisk setup works perfectly,
The Incomming caller ID is recieved as follows

if mobile number is 0412312312
The recieving caller ID will be 412312312
IF the Phone number is 0365433456
The recieving caller ID will be 365433456

I have to add 0 prefix to the incomming caller ID
how can i do that.??????

in zapata config
i used callerid=asrecieved
i am using a PRI card
