Recently I keept getting a Winlogon.exe - Application error which reads as the following

Winlogon.exe - Application error

The instruction at "0x77c467ef" referenced memory at "0x00000004". The memory could not be read.

Click OK to terminate the program
Click cancel to debug the program

Regardless of which button I press I am greeted with a blue error screen which then reads

STOP: c000021a {Fatal system error}
The windows logon process system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0x0000005 (0x00000000 0x00000000)

I then have no other option but to restart the system and lose all data etc.

Before I discovered this error my system was infected with:

Trojan.Busky
Adware.Purityscan
RazeWare
Adware.888bar

Which I think I have managed to get rid of but any assistance in making sure they are all gone would also be great.

ANY HELP WOULD BE VERY, VERY MUCH APPRECIATED
