Hi Guys,

I have a PHP website and I want to display the users printing balance.
We have a program called "account.exe" that when you send the string C:>account.exe viewbal matt
(matt begin the username).
It produces the line "matt has a balance of 9312" or whatever the balance is.

When a user goes to a page on our intranet, I want it to run this task either by taking the usename that they have logged into windows with, or by entering it into a text box. That bit isn't the problem, my problem is calling the account.exe with the attributes (even hard coding "matt" as the username into the code for the time being) and displaying the result.

It works fine if I run "C:>account.exe viewbal matt"  from the command line.

Any ideas??

Best wishes

Matt
