security analyzer detects java permissons are on
Hi, I have situation on a Win 2003 server-- when running the MS baseline security analyzer, it detects that java permissons are enabled on the IE 7 custom settings. The analyzer results report it as a critical error, and recommends disabling.
However, I've gone into IE Internet Options>>Security>>Custom Levels ,etc. but no option exists to disable java permissions.
I've gone to Microsoft's website, and have verified that MS VM is not installed via cmd>>jview. According to Microsot, since I don't have MS VM installed, the option to disable Java permissions is missing. But yet security analyzer keeps picking it up as vulnerability.
Any insight as to how to resolve this would be appreciated. Thanks.
