I would ask a specific question if I knew what I was dealing with but I do not.  I have a .db file I need to have opened (emergency status) and converted into anything I can handle (csv/ms sql/access/etc...).

I opened the .db file with textpad and this is some of the contents that may help:
IMDB240.LOG.....WATCOM International Corp., Copyright (c) 1987, 1994

The acknowledgements from the help file of the old program include SYBASE and PowerSoft

Any immediate help would be greatly appreciated and compensated for if necessary.  Thanks...
