This is somewhat complex.  I think it fairly staight forward on installing and setting up the CA.  My problem is this.  Cause this is my first time, I am not sure of the following.

Which server I should put it on.

Here is the scenario.

I have users in the field that that have haldheld units.  Now they will be using there cell phones a modem to trasfer data from the handhelds back to head office.  We want to secure it using a certificates.  But I am not sure which server to put it on.  Cause I am not sure what access it will need and if it's comming over the net, should I put it on my web server of should I put on domain controler?  See the downloads will be using an account that is in AD.  But it's coming over the web so not sure if I should put the CA on webserver.  HELP!!!

Thanks in Advance.
