OSPF Administrative Distances based upon Tag information

I need to be able to change the administrative distance of OSPF on a per route basis.  I think that you can do this with a route-map command based upon a specific tag.  Has anyone done this?

I really don't think you can have different (user defined) AD's for one routing protocol.

no kidding...
Yep. The administrative distance applies to the routing protocol, not individual routes.
I am running multiple routing protocols and redistributing route throughout.  In OSPF, can't you tag certain routes and manipulate them with route-maps?

Yeah.....you never answered the question.
Yes, I did. You can't do it. That's the answer.
That's funny.  I found it on my own.  Create a route-map.  Tag the routes in the map.  Adjust the the AD based upon the taged routes.  That's the answer.  I knew it could be done.  I was hoping not to do the research.
So you're saying that you were able to change the AD of specific routes? Do you have a URL?

If so, I apologize for the misinformation and suggest you get the question deleted and points refunded.
Yeah...That's what I am saying.  I implemented it a couple days ago.  I found it in a advanced OSPF configuration book.  So, no URL.

It's no big deal.  You responded with what you thought was best.  I don't mind you keeping the points.   Whatever you want done.
Since I didn't answer the question, you should get your points refunded.
It's no biggy.  You put your best foot forward and tried to help the best way you could.  No one else even did that.
