Now the second part of the question:  Where would someone find documentation on how to develop a method of building a DLL and then the way to test or debug the DLL?  This documentation needs to be an example using Visual Studio 2005 C# IDE.  Example a DLL containing a Form.

C# is an object-oriented programming language created in conjunction with Microsoft’s .NET framework. Compilation is usually done into the Microsoft Intermediate Language (MSIL), which is then JIT-compiled to native code (and cached) during execution in the Common Language Runtime (CLR).
