Oracle Database

Hi,
I have a database where my previous DBA has kept some of the datafiles on the same file system where the ORACLE_HOME is, which includes some redo log files too.

oracle@test1:/tmp: cd /u01
oracle@boqa2:/u01: ls
app         lost+found  oradata
oracle@test1:/u01: cd oradata
oracle@test1:01/oradata: ls
DBTEST_1  DB_TEST2  DB_TEST3
oracle@test1:01/oradata: cd DB_TEST2
oracle@test1:a/DB_TEST2: ls
TSX00.dbf               redo02b.log              TSx00_01.dbf            TSl00_03.dbf
TS001.dbf              redo03b.log              TSx00_02.dbf            TSl00_04.dbf
TS011.dbf              redo04b.log              TSx00_03.dbf            TSx03.dbf
TSM00.dbf               redo05b.log              TSx00_04.dbf
control_DB_TEST2_01.ctl  undo02.dbf               TSl00_01.dbf
redo01b.rdo              users_01.dbf             TSl00_02.dbf

This file system is filing up and presently it is at 98% full. Im getting this messages of Oracle internal errors in syslog files in /tmp, ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [17069]. I found some information on metalink that said "Failed to pin a library cache object after 50 attempts" . Can anyone put in some explanation here? Im thinking of moving these datafiles to another file system (/u03, /u04) so that the /u01 has only ORACLE_HOME in it (OFA standard).  Do i have to shutdown the database, manually move the datafiles, redo files(all the files in /u01/oradata) to /u03 & /u04 ( spread them), and update the initDB_TEST2.ora to reflect the new locations and start the database? or is there any standard way of doing this ( like copying and renaming datafiles)?

And i was getting the following erros in my alert log

Errors in file /u01/app/oracle/admin/DB_TEST2/bdump/db_test2_j011_19856.trc:
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kpotcset4], [24327], [ORA-24327: need explicit attach before aut
henticating a user
], [], [], [], [], []
ORA-06510: PL/SQL: unhandled user-defined exception
ORA-06512: at "HR1.STOREDPROC1", line 250
ORA-06510: PL/SQL: unhandled user-defined exception
ORA-06512: at "HR1.STOREDPROC2", line 450
ORA-01403: no data found

Is the above internal error anyway linked to the PL?SQL errors that  i got here?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Harris.
