Exporting Advanced settings from IE7

I have a web site at which some customers are reporting a navigation error.  The common thread is that the use of the IE7 browser and yet many are using the site with IE7.  I am unable to cause the error on a test PCs as several locations.  Is there any means of exporting the advanced settings from IE7 so that I can match my browser configuration to that of a machine reported as exhibiting the error?

wortos,

The IE Backup utility should do the trick if we get a willing site visitor.

For clarification, the user is not experiencing an error code.  Once the visitor is authenticated on a Linux server they are passed to a Windows server in another location.  This redirect to the second server includes a key in the url query string that allows access to the second server.  But these IE7 users are denied access by the second server with an error message indicating a missing or incorrect key value.  I am wondering if some configuration causes the query string to be eliminated?
ttheimer,

I know for a fact that IE7 has problems with most authentication servers/programs. That is because of its security features, specifically its antiphishing technology. Maybe IE7 its preventing the query string pass on because it thinks that it might be a phishing scam. I would ask your clients if they have the anti-phishing filter enabled.

Finally, Im glad that I have been of some use to you and thanks for accepting my answer. :)
