I want to be able to send an email to only those mailboxes in a specific container.  How do I do that?

EX.:  I use all 4 Storage Groups (numbered 1,2,3, & 4) and 3 mailstores in each Storage Group (called A, B, & C).  Let's assume I want to send an email to anyone that has a mailbox on 3B (3rd Storage Group, 2nd mailstore).  Other than having a email group setup that corresponds to that mailstore, how would I accomplish this task?

Thank you!
