Copy appts from one Exchange Calendar to another

We have Exchange Server 2003 running and all of our users use Outlook 2003 to access their exchange mailboxes.  One of our users created a calendar for the Senior Pastor and put all of his appointments into it.  Now, as of today, she has full access to the Pastor's exchange calendar.  The problem is, his calendar does not match the one his secretary created and filled in.  What we want to do is export or copy all of the appts the secretary created in her calendar and import them into the pastor's calendar that she now has full access to.  We have no been able to do this.

Does anyone know of a way to copy/export or otherwise move all appts from one Exchange Calendar to another w/out having to do it one appt at a time?

Thanks

You should be able to do this using exmerge or import/export from the file menu in Outlook.

If you want to do this on a permanent basis:
On the secretaries machine:
Open her Calender and click on share my calender> add the user you want to give access to, and set the required permissions (Publishing editor I would assume).
On the user:Open Outlook>Calender>open a shared calender>entre the secretary user name.

If you only want a one off.
On the secretary machine: Open outlook>file (you might have to expand, little black arrows)>Import/Export> Export to a file>Personal Folder file(.pst)>highlight calender>choose a location accessible by the other user and give the file a name>Finish.
On the users machine: Open outlook>File>import/export>import from another program or file>scroll down and select personal folder file>find the file you just created and follww the propts to import.
Hope that helps,

Found a better way...

We opened the personal calendar and the shared calendar.  On the personal calendar we viewed By Category, selected all appts we wanted, and then drug them to the Pastor's calendar.  That worked perfectly.  From that point on, the secretary enters new appts on the Pastor's calendar from her Outlook and it shows on his calendar in his Outlook.

Thanks for the help.
