Win 2003 Server gets out of domain very frequently.

Hi,
We have a Win 2003 server in a domain. Its hardware is eserver xSeries 335. It has 1.5 GB RAM and 3.5 GB Virtual Memory. The server has Symantec Antivirus Corporate Edition Server 10.0.2.2021 and  Trend Micro Information Server ver. 5.58 Server Protect installed. Also the server is acting as a DFS. The problem is that the server very frequently goes out of domain. When we tried to login to server in domain, it gives message that not able to contact domain controller for authentication purposes and login failed. Then we have to reboot the server physically and after that everything is fine. On checking the EVENT LOGS of that time there is a SRV error "The server was unable to allocate from the system nonpaged pool because the pool was empty." Also in application logs there is error 1053 "Windows cannot determine the user or computer name. (The specified domain either does not exist or could not be contacted. ). Group Policy processing aborted."
Also symantec gets disabled. Pls suggest what i can do so that memory pool error can be rectified.

Regards
Saravpreet

Hi Pber,

Thanks for the comment. But i have many servers on which same kind of setup is installed and they are working fine.

I would probably uninstall symantec and trend and see if the DC works fine.  Then I would re-install the apps again.  Possibly you got a currupt driver.
