We use Microsoft Outlook 2003 at our company and I would like to know how to use one list for all workstations. when each person adds an email address to they're junkmail how do we get it stored to one loacation so everyone can build on the list and share the list. We get our email from a host that uses cpanel whch has spam assasin which is not activated also would that be a better tool for us to use or should we stay with the the junk email filter and let everyone contribute??
