I have created a couple of resource accounts so that people can schedule meeting rooms when they create appointments. Is there a way to create a link or shortcut in the public folders section so that all users can see the calendars and appoitnments, without going to each Outlook client and adding the shared calendar as another users mailbox ?

Sharing Calendars
