Outlook 2003 Email notification to second account

Hi

We are running Exchange 2003 with Outlook 2003. I have a user that has been given full access to a second email account but needs to know when new mail arrives. The notification works for the default account but not the new one. I do have a user on site that this works for with multiple accounts but I cannot see what I'm missing.
